Certification Overview

The Directorate in Human Resource Management Certification is an advanced-level credential tailored for HR professionals aspiring to lead strategic human resource functions in organizations, governmental bodies, or enterprises. This certification emphasizes aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives, enhancing leadership capabilities, and promoting effective human capital management.

E-Course Duration: 30 to 35 Hours

Exam Information

The test has 100 multiple choice questions. To pass, you need to get 75 of them right, which is 75%.

  • Tests are done online and watched over, using a webcam and a good internet connection. You can take tests wherever and whenever you want.

The whole test lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes, which is the same as 90 minutes.

During the exam with ProctorU, you can't use any outside information. You'll need to show your ID.

If you don't pass the exam on your second try, you have to wait at least fourteen (14) days before you can try again for the third time or any time after that. You can take the exam as many times as you need.

The Directorate in Human Resource Management (DHRM)® Certificate lasts forever.

DHRM® is a Trademark owned by GIPMC.

Passing the DHRM® exam will give candidates 55 Learning Hours and 9 Credits toward an MBA in Human Resource Management (Master’s Degree) from Charisma University.

To get the Human Resource Management (DHRM)® Certification, you must finish an E-Course. After completing the E-Course, you'll get a GIPMC Learner ID.
