The Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is for those who are new to Six Sigma and want to learn the basics. Objectives: - Understand the benefits of Six Sigma. - Identify industries where it can be used. - Explain how the DMAIC methodology helps achieve process excellence. - Describe the use of statistics in applying the DMAIC methodology.

E-Course Duration: 20 to 25 Hours

Exam Information

  • The test has 50 questions with multiple choices. To pass, you need to get 35 of them right, which is 70%.

  • Tests are done online and watched over, using a webcam and a good internet connection. You can take tests wherever and whenever you want.

  • The whole test lasts for 1 hour, which is the same as 60 minutes.

During the ProcorU exam, you can't use any outside information. Here's what you're allowed to have:

  • 1. ID to prove who you are.

  • If you don't pass the exam on your second try, you have to wait at least fourteen (14) days before you can try again for the third time or any time after that. You can take the exam as many times as you need.

  • The Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma® Certificate lasts forever.

  • YBLSS® is a Trademark owned by GIPMC.

  • Passing the YBLSS® exam will give candidates 25 Learning Hours and 2 Credits toward an MBA in Six Sigma (Master’s Degree) from Charisma University.

  • You don't need to finish an E-Course from the GIPMC portal to get the Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma® Certification. However, we suggest taking the E-Course because many questions in the actual exam come from it.
