Exam Information

  • The exam has 40 Multiple Choice Questions, and to pass, candidates need to get at least 26 of them correct, which is a 65% score.

  • Exams are conducted online and supervised, using a webcam and a stable internet connection. You can take exams from any location and at any time.

  • The exam lasts for 1 hour, which is the same as 60 minutes.

  • During the exam conducted via ProctorR, you are not allowed to use any outside sources of information. Additional details about the allowed materials, including identification proof, will be provided.

  • If a candidate fails the exam on their second attempt, they must wait for at least fourteen (14) calendar days before they can retake the exam for the third (3rd) time or any subsequent attempts. However, candidates can take the exam any number of times.

  • The Certified Agile Tester Foundation (CATF)™ certification is valid for a lifetime.

  • CATF™ is a trademark of GIPMC.

  • N/A

  • Note: The Certified Agile Tester (CAT)™ – Foundation Certification does not have any prerequisites (Completion of an E-Course is not mandatory from GIPMC Bok portal), but we strongly advise completing the E-Course as most of the questions in the actual exam are based on it.
