This certification covers various organizational structures found in modern businesses. Managing change is key to the success of any project, especially those involving transformational change. The e-course starts by teaching you the theory of change management. You'll learn about different organizational structures and strategies used to implement change efficiently. Then, you'll dive into a practical approach to change management, focusing on factors needed for successful change and fostering a positive attitude toward it within an organization. The Foundation certification measures your knowledge of the Change Management Text and Handbook, making sure you can contribute effectively to a change management team during organizational change. It's also a requirement for the Practitioner certification. Change management courses help managers adjust resources and achieve long-term goals. They focus on strategies for handling business responsibilities like staying competitive, sustaining growth, and allocating resources wisely.

E-Course Duration: 10 to 15 Hours

Exam Information

  • The test has 40 multiple-choice questions. To pass the Certified Problem and Change Manager (CCMF)® exam, you need to get 70% of them right, which means you have to answer at least 28 out of 40 correctly.

  • Tests happen online, and someone watches you through a webcam to make sure everything is fair. As long as you have a good internet connection, you can take the tests from anywhere and whenever you want.

  • The exam lasts for 1 hour, which is the same as 60 minutes.

  • You can't use any outside information during the exam with ProctorU. Make sure you have your ID with you.

  • If someone doesn't pass the exam on their second try, they have to wait at least fourteen (14) days before they can try again for the third time or any time after that. You can take the exam as many times as you need to.

  • The Certified Problem and Change Manager (CCMF)® Certificate never expires.

  • CCMF® is a special symbol that belongs to GIPMC.

  • Passing the CCMF® exam will also give candidates 20 credits toward an MBA in Business Management (Master’s Degree) from Charisma University.

  • Note: The Certified Change Manager (CCM)® - Foundation Certification has no pre-requisites. You don't have to complete an E-Course from the GIPMC portal, but we highly recommend it because many exam questions come from the E-Course.
