The online course teaches about business process management. It shows how tasks can make a company better for customers, which helps in earning more money.

E-Course Duration: 20 to 25 Hours

Exam Information

  • The test has 50 questions where you pick from different options. To pass, you need to answer at least 35 questions correctly, which is 70% of the total.

  • Tests are done online and watched over using a camera and a good internet connection. You can take the test from anywhere and at any time.

  • The exam lasts for 1 hour, which is the same as 60 minutes.

  • During the exam with ProctorU, you can't use any outside sources of information. They'll give you details about what kinds of identification you can use.

  • If you don't pass the exam on your second try, you have to wait at least fourteen (14) days before you can take it again for the third (3rd) time or any time after that. You can take the exam as many times as you need to.

  • The Business Process Manager (CIM)® Certificate remains valid indefinitely.

  • Business Process Manager (CIM)® is a Registered Trademark of GIPMC.

  • Successfully passing the CIM exam will also give candidates 15 Learning Hours and 3 Credits toward an MBA in Business Management (Master’s Degree) at Charisma University.

  • Note: The Business Process Manager (CIM)® Certification requires completing an E-Course. After finishing the E-Course, candidates will receive a GIPMC Learner ID.
