Certification Overview

People who want to get this certification should know about how to design a data center and how to set up cables in the best way. Having this certification can really help someone work better in a data center because they know how to deal with problems when building or running it.

E-Course Duration: 10 to 15 Hours

Exam Information

  • The test has 40 multiple-choice questions. To pass, you need to get at least 26 of them right, which is 65% of the total.

  • You can take the exams online, and they're monitored using a webcam and a good internet connection. This means you can take the exams from wherever you are, whenever you want.

  • The exam lasts for 1 hour, which is the same as 60 minutes.

  • During the exam with ProctorU, you can't use any outside sources of information. They'll give you more details about what you can use, like your ID.

  • If you don't pass the exam the second time, you have to wait at least fourteen (14) days before you can try again for the third time or any time after that. You can take the exam as many times as you need to.

  • Once you get the Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)™ Certificate, it stays valid forever.

  • CDCP™ is a trademark of GIPMC.

  • Keep in mind that to get the Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP)™ Certification, you have to complete a required online course.
