Candidates taking this exam should know a lot about managing data center operations. This includes capacity planning, staying up-to-date with green initiatives, properly setting up and taking down equipment, following safety standards and regulations, managing people and vendors, handling incidents and crises, and keeping operations simple, manageable, effective, and efficient.
Prerequisite:
It's recommended that participants have some experience in data center operations, but it's not required. There are no prerequisites for taking this exam.
