It's about being responsible for what happens to you, deciding where you want to go, and having the tools to get there. Self-leaders are found at every level of GIPMC, from the folks doing the everyday tasks to the big bosses. Even famous people like Walt Disney and Wayne Gretzky showed self-leadership by working hard to achieve their dreams. Self-leadership means deciding what you want from life and then doing what it takes to make it happen. This workshop will help you understand the four important parts of self-leadership and make choices that move you closer to your goals.
